The 2023 Met Gala featured a multitude of fashion mishaps, ranging from excessive ruffles and garish colours to clashing patterns and peculiarly-shaped dresses.

Each year, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City hosts the star-studded event, which is overseen by Vogue editor Anna Wintour and has become one of the most highly anticipated and discussed occasions on the fashion calendar.

Dubbed by some as the premier fashion event of the year, numerous A-list celebrities grace the red carpet in their most stunning and opulent attire on the first Monday of May. Nonetheless, several of Hollywood’s most prominent figures missed the mark with their strange fashion selections at this year’s dazzling party.
