The annual Notte Bianca festival is happening tonight in Valletta!

This event, renowned for showcasing both established and emerging artists across various art forms, truly exemplifies Malta’s talent in curating artistic excellence. 

 

Notte Bianca returns - with a bang

 

Malta Public Transport is geared up to ensure festival-goers have a convenient and eco-friendly way to reach Notte Bianca’s festivities. Here’s what you can expect:

 Public transport services will run for extended hours during Notte Bianca, ensuring you can enjoy the festivities late into the night. The routes cover the majority of localities across Malta, including Ċirkewwa, making it easy for visitors to access the festival from various locations. Holders of the Tal-linja Card can enjoy free public transport during Notte Bianca, making it even more affordable to explore the festival.

If you’re coming from Sliema or The Three Cities, extended ferry services operate until 2am, providing a scenic and efficient way to travel to and from Valletta.

Festivals Malta strongly encourages the use of public transport. Notte Bianca promises an array of activities for all tastes and interests, with seven diverse routes to explore and over 60 captivating events to choose from. Here are some highlights from the different festival routes:

Alternative Route: Immerse yourself in the beauty of Laparelli Gardens as you chase sunsets and experience alternative art forms.

Music Route: The Main Stage at St. George’s Square will host live performances by talented artists such as Aidan, Ivan Grech & Band, and Le Vibrazioni.

Kids Route: Bring the little ones to Manoel Theatre for “Trash,” a delightful experience tailored for children.

Theatre Route: Enjoy a captivating theatrical performance titled ‘Il-Pranzu’ at Sala San Duminku.

Dance Route: Witness awe-inspiring dance performance titled Aerial at the Malta Chamber of Commerce.

Classic Route: Experience the classical music event ‘With Love from Vienna’ at the Malta Society of Arts.

Red Route: Explore the intriguing ‘Pastażuni#2’ at the British Legion, where unconventional art takes center stage.
