Debra Solomon planned the sweetest surprise for her mom, retired teacher Karen Solomon, in celebration of her 80th birthday! ❤️

She reached out to her mom’s favorite kindergarten student from the 1980s, Seyi Fayanju, now a doctor at Stanford University.

Even with his packed schedule, Seyi made the journey to Wisconsin to be there for the special day. When he arrived, Mrs. Solomon’s face lit up with pure joy, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room!

Seyi shared how thankful he is for Mrs. Solomon’s care and wisdom, saying her teaching sparked his passion for learning and appreciation of diverse cultures.

The reunion was a heartwarming moment treasured by all, reminding us how extraordinary teachers like Mrs. Solomon leave a lasting impact on our lives.
