A study conducted by the University of Sydney, Australia, has found that engaging in intense physical activity for four minutes daily can reduce the risk of cancer!
The researchers analysed data from 22,398 non-active individuals who were around 62 years old. These individuals wore an activity tracker for seven days.
The study showed that an average of 4.5 minutes of daily exercise reduced the risk of kidney, bladder, stomach, and lung cancer by 32%.

Those individuals who exercised for 3.4 minutes to 3.6 minutes reduced the risk by 17%-18%.
Possible exercise activities “include climbing stairs, carrying heavy grocery bags, completing physical household tasks, walking fast and playing high-energy games with children.”
