Madonna Sued By Fans For Showing Up Late For Concert

Madonna’s highly anticipated return tour may have thrust her back into the spotlight, but it seems not all fans are pleased. The 65-year-old pop icon is currently on her 40th-anniversary tour, Madonna: The Celebration Tour, attracting large audiences worldwide.

However, a lawsuit has been filed against Madonna by two concert attendees, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden. They accuse the ‘Vogue’ singer of causing inconvenience to other attendees by reportedly taking the stage at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center at 10.45pm on December 13, 2023, a delay of two hours and 15 minutes from the scheduled 8.30pm start time.

The delayed start resulted in the show concluding at 1am, leaving fans with ‘limited public transportation, limited ride-sharing’ options or facing ‘increased public and private transportation costs at that late hour,’ as stated by lawyers Richard Klass and Marcus Corwin.
