Eve Borg Bonello, a Law student, had quite an unconventional start to her morning lecture recently, an experience she described as “unforgettable.” Instead of delving right into the intricacies of legal theory or case studies, her lecturer had a different agenda: to build a more personal connection with the students over a steaming cup of coffee.
The lecture kicked off with an unexpected directive: “close your laptops”, followed by a stroll to the canteen. Once there, every student was treated to a cup of coffee in exchange for a simple introduction, sharing their name and an intriguing fact about themselves!
