A toddler with a congenital problem had a cute reaction when he saw a woman who has the same limb difference as him.

At the get-together, his parents Colleen and Joseph met Amy Alamillo Siesel, 34, who was also born with an undeveloped right arm.

Amy, a mother of a 3-year-old son, was over the moon as Joseph placed his head on her shoulder and instantly felt at ease.

“When he came over to hug me I felt like my heart might explode… I never imagined he’d melt into my arms that way.”
