Earth Day celebrations at Ta’ Qali Picnic Area featured sustainable crafts, artisanal products, plant potting, and live entertainment by local artists.

 

The event, organized by Project Green in collaboration with government entities and supported by various organizations, was a success with hundreds of families enjoying the educational and fun-filled day.

 

 

Children participated in activities such as puppet shows and sensory boxes, while Meadow Strings, Joemike & Lydon, Kantera, and Claudia Faniello provided live music.

 

 

Minister Miriam Dalli highlighted the importance of such events in promoting sustainability and the environment.

 

 

Steve Ellul, CEO of Project Green, emphasized the organization’s efforts in increasing biodiversity through educational workshops and events throughout the year.

 

Admittance to the event was free.
