Gordon Ramsay Breaks Record For Largest Beef Wellington

Two famous chefs have collaborated to create the world’s largest beef wellington – and it’s huge!

 

 

 
The massive meal was developed by Nick DiGiovanni with the assistance of Gordon Ramsay and weights a whopping 25.76 kg.
 
To put that in perspective, the average beef wellington weighs around 1.42 kg, whereas this record-breaking one weighs around the same as an eight-year-old boy. 
 
Nick has set records for the largest cake pop and the largest roll of sushi, as well as the greatest donation of turkey in 24 hours and the fastest time to fillet a 10 pound fish – a record formerly held by his colleague on this job, Ramsay.
