A recent study has found that the average worker spends approximately eight hours and 42 minutes per week writing emails.
Conducted by Slack, this survey encompassed the opinions of more than 8,000 UK participants. Among the study’s various discoveries, it was revealed that, on average, employees are crafting as many as 99 emails each week.
Surprisingly, however, two out of every five workers confessed that they wouldn’t invest their time in reading an email exceeding eight sentences. Additionally, a noteworthy observation was that the average worker discards six emails every day solely based on the subject line.
