The Met Gala occurred last night, bringing together luminaries from the entertainment industry to raise funds for charity and display their impressive fashion sense.

Although we’re accustomed to seeing celebrities donning extravagant attire each year, Doja Cat stole the show with her unconventional ensemble.

The musician arrived at the lavish event attired as a cat, yes, a literal cat. The theme of this year’s gala centered on the late fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld, and it appears that the rapper drew inspiration from his feline companion, Choupette.

Things got a little bizarre when Doja was interviewed on the red carpet. She was interviewed by presenter Emma Chamberlain, but Doja didn’t appear to be in a very chatty mood, at least not in the conventional sense. She simply responded with a “Meow.” to every question!
