Coco Lee sadly passed away yesterday in hospital in Hong Kong after attempting suicide at her house.

Her sisters Carol and Nancy Lee said that she had been suffering from depression for a number of years prior to the attempt.

Beyond her successful singing career, Coco Lee’s is mostly known for being the voice character for Mulan in the Mandarin version of the film.
