Rihanna To Voice Smurfette In New Smurfs Movie

Rihanna is an all rounder 😍

During a surprise in-person appearance at the annual CinemaCon in Las Vegas, superstar Rihanna announced that she has been cast as the voice of Smurfette in Paramount Animation’s upcoming live-action hybrid feature film, “The Smurfs Movie.”

At the event, held at Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino, Rihanna joked with Paramount Animation head Ramsey Naito that she had hoped to secure the role of Papa Smurf. In addition to her voice acting, Rihanna will also star in the film, write and record original songs, and serve as a producer.

The singer, dressed in a stonewash denim cape, also shared that she is in her third trimester of pregnancy with her second child. The movie is scheduled for release on February 14, 2025.
