On Tuesday night, rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was brutally attacked while inside a gym in South Florida.

The incident, which was caught on camera, showed the rapper being kicked and beaten while lying on the ground.

After employees at the gym sauna heard the commotion, the attackers fled the scene and local police were called.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was then taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance, where he received treatment for cuts and bruises to his face.

According to his lawyer Lance Lazzaro, the rapper was not accompanied by any security at the time of the attack.
