Nostradamus Predicted This Heatwave 500 Years Ago

As the prophecy foretold…

Michel de Nostredame, the renowned French astrologer widely known as Nostradamus, has once again predicted the future!

Nearly 500 years ago, Nostradamus published his infamous book Les Prophéties, which has saw several accurate predictions come true, including the French Revolution, the rise of Adolf Hitler, and the dropping of atomic bombs on Japan.

In 2005, a book reinterpreting his work even suggested that he foresaw the Queen’s death in 2022.

Now, another one of Nostradamus’ predictions for 2023 appears to have come true, featuring unsettlingly precise details about the heatwave affecting Europe.

He predicted scorching hot weather and rising sea temperatures in his writings: “Like the sun, the head shall sear the shining sea: The Black Sea’s living fish shall all but boil. When Rhodes and Genoa half-starved shall be, the local folk to cut them up shall toil.”

The Greek island of Rhodes has been particularly impacted by this sweltering heat, with temperatures reaching 40C.
