With clinical precision, Mizzi expertly crafts pastizzi tal-piżelli, shaping them like a well-oiled machine before placing them on a tray to be baked in the oven.

In a seven-second sequence, Mizzi deftly opens up a cube of fresh dough, molds it into a semi-pastizzi shape, adds the delectable pea filling, and finally forms it into the iconic pastry before baking it.
