64 year old Saundra Glenn is dealing with osteoarthritis, got a surprise lift from Coldplay’s Chris Martin at Radio 1’s Big Weekend!

Struggling to reach the accessibility box office, Saundra was resting by a fence when a black Mercedes pulled up. Chris Martin invited her in, and after some hesitation, she accepted. He made sure she got to her destination safely.
