Cardi B is the suspect of a battery😬

 

The woman who was hit by Cardi’s microphone went to the Las Vegas Metro PD the following day to report the incident. She informed the police that she was struck by the microphone, which was thrown from the stage by Cardi herself.

 

This happened after a woman in the audience threw water at Cardi while she was performing, leading the rapper to react by throwing the microphone back in retaliation. The microphone hit the person who threw the drink, but it also bounced and struck another woman who was standing nearby.

 

Before the altercation took place, Cardi and her DJ had requested the crowd to splash water on her to help cool her off.

 

A lawyer took to TikTok to explain the situation from a legal point of view, stating “if you ask people to splash you with water, it means they have your consent”.
