If you’ve ever wondered what your favourite pup, Scooby-Doo, looked like behind the scenes as they filmed, then we’ve got your answer – but it might leave you a little bit scarred, just saying…
@filmlersokagi Film – Scooby-Doo 2002
There’s an account on TikTok called Filmlersokagi, which has TONNES of backstage videos from all your favourite CGI films, and that includes the 2000’s Scooby-Doo movie, which is probably the creepiest of the lot.
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a video of a real cartoon dog on set or anything, but I surely didn’t expect an actor in a dress and a bag, with a creepy green mask and green boots on…
I mean, I have no clue how the others managed to get through the filming without freaking out? Seriously…how?
Scooby-Doo isn’t the only CGI backstage footage though, there are also clips from the filming of I,Robot, which sees Will Smith shooting a ‘robot’, aka an actual person in a full-body green suit. That looked kind of dope, not going to lie…

Later, an actor playing a robot can be seen again, bursting through the green screen behind him – which in the film, was edited into looking like a metal wall. Mind-blowing.
Oh, there was also backstage footage from Dumbo, where there’s a legitimate green lump contorted into the shape of the cartoon elephant. And don’t worry, all of these scare the living shit out of everyone who sees them.

I could’ve gone my whole life without knowing this truth honestly, but there you go! (Sorry for the nightmares).
