WATCH: Trailer for Riverdale’s Season 5 Officially Released

That’s right – Riverdale has finally announced the Season 5 release date and the show will be back on 20th January 2021.

After four seasons of crazy drama, murder and countless dark twists, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in Season 5. The show’s social pages just dropped the trailer, captioned “One last dance to remember.”

The trailer showed clips of their prom along with shots of the happy couples, these happy moments were counteracted with shots of Veronica crying as drama is definitely expected in paradise. Fans couldn’t help but ship Betty and Archie together as the pair were caught kissing in the trailer too!

This season will hopefully reveal to us who is making the creepy masked videos and maybe even what Charles and Chic have been up to. With Skeet Ulrich (F.P Jones) leaving the show in October, it will definitely be different from previous years. We will also catch a glimpse of what Bret has been up to in jail.
