Spec-wise, these headphones genuinely look like some of the best available. However, they are currently only available for pre-order on the official Microsoft website and will be released in stores sometime in March or April.
The headphones are over-ear with large, leather cups to sit on either side of your head, connected by an inner steel metal band with foam cushioning, finished off with the signature acid green of the Xbox brand around the edges of the cup.
From footsteps to explosions to your friends in the party.
Every sound counts.

The headphones even include Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone: X software to enhance audio quality and give you a true surround-sound feel from your games!
Naturally, this is a crucial feature in gaming headphones, as it enables you to hear enemy footsteps or noises. As for the microphone, the new headset uses dual beamforming elements that focus on speech audio vs. surrounding sound, so your voice will ring out crisp and clearly to your friends.

As for the arguably best feature of this headset, it features an auto-mute system that mutes your mic when you’re not speaking to stop ambient noise filtering into your chat.
The headset is also fully wireless and can be connected to Xbox Series X or S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 PCs, and other mobile devices through Bluetooth. Elsewhere, the battery life gives you 15 hours of game time from three hours of charge.
