There’s no stopping Malta’s Michela Pace.
Just hours after her brilliant first rehearsal on stage ahead of next week’s Eurovision Song Contest, the Chameleon singer sat down for her first press conference with the world’s media.
Michela, 18, from Victoria in Gozo revealed she had been given good advice by Ira Losco and then wowed reporters with an amazing rendition of the classic Gozo song ‘Inti Djamant’.
It’s been a massive week for Michela, 18, after she flew to Tel Aviv in Israel on Monday.
Her first rehearsal was widely praised by commentators who were impressed by her incredible voice.
She posted on Instagram: ‘Someone pinch me! First Eurovision rehearsal done and dusted.
‘Beyond excited to share with you all our live performance next week. Couldn’t have gotten this far without your love and support.’
Michela will represent Malta with the song Chameleon during the Eurovison semi final on Thursday 16 May.
