Disney has officially released the trailer for its upcoming movie, Cruella, based on the classic Disney movie, 101 Dalmatians, and stars La La Land and Easy A’s Emma Stone.
On the movie poster, Stone is seen sporting the villain’s iconic black and white hairstyle, while her name is stylized with an anarchy symbol in place of the ‘a’ in Emma.
The movie is set in the 1970s and explores the early life of the legendary Cruella de Vil as she grows up in London amid the punk rock scene. Then known as Estella, she is clever, creative, fashionable, and determined to make a name for herself with her designs.

The film follows Estella as she befriends a pair of young thieves and builds a life on the London streets with them, but her unique style soon catches the eye of fashion legend Baroness von Hellman, played by Emma Thompson.
Their relationship then sets in motion a course of events and revelations that causes Estella to embrace her wicked side, transforming her into Cruella.
