Two people have been accused of damaging the Natura2000 site at Ghar Lapsi by the park rangers.👮‍♀️

They were observed carrying out the act in broad daylight.

The individuals poured the contents of a hot BBQ on a protected Mediterranean thyme plant, and scattered litter in the area.

Additionally, they left behind a large bag of garbage at the site.

The accused may face a fine of €300 to €1000 each if found guilty in court.
