The Malta Senior Open has just come to a close and the Eden Superbowl welcomed the largest number of participants the Open has seen in the past decade.
105 participants from 15 different countries, all coming together from a few “friendly” games of bowling.
“The atmosphere was just amazing. Every single person there was having a great time and the competition was tough. It was everything you’d expect from a bowling tournament.” Dejan Cosic, Eden Superbowl Manager tells us.

Eden Superbowl is proud to announce the winners of the 22nd Malta Senior Open International Tournament:
Taking the gold medal home, we have Steven Jeeves from England. Following closely in second place, Abed Ellatif Mahamid from Israel. Going home in third place, there’s Herman Wimmer from Germany.
The event would not have been possible without Cisk Lager, Hammer Bowling and Casino Malta, the sponsors of the event.
Dejan Cosic tells us: “We’ve already started pushing the Malta Open in June 2020.
“I am really satisfied with the results of the Senior Open. The players were happy and it shows in the feedback that we got!
The tournament ran smoothly with no problems whatsoever. The staff were helpful and always available. We made sure to really put our focus onto the players, and it definitely paid off.
In fact, we already have players that plan on returning for the Malta Senior Open to come next year.”
Thanks to all competitors for participating and giving their best in the past few days!
See you next year during the Malta Senior Open 2020
