The Malta Open Championship Is Back At The Eden SuperBowl

 

The Malta Open 2022 Championship is back for its 31st Edition at the Eden SuperBowl this week from the 8th to 12th of June. 70 tenpin bowlers will be battling it out over 5 days for a prize fund of €30,000!

 

The prize fund includes a staggered cash prize fund, entry vouchers for Malta Open 2023 and Casino Malta vouchers

 

 

The championship is open to everyone who’s a member of a National Association or Federation of their respective countries. They could be amateur or professional.

 

This means anyone can come from all over the world! This year’s championship saw participants from over 12 countries.

 

 

The countries represented are Czech Republic, England, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Israel, Switzerland, France, Norway, Slovakia and of course Malta.

 

The tournament format kicks off with a twelve-game qualifying round. After this, 36 bowlers move on to the next final stages.

 

 

In the 4 final stages on Sunday afternoon, 2 bowlers will come out victorious.They’ll go head-to-head in the Grand Final but only one will become the Malta Open 2022 Champion.
