Taylor Swift is to hold a free concert for her fans in New York.
The singer, 29, will kick off her latest album release in style, taking to the stage to perform her ‘newest hits’.
In a video broadcast in Times Square, she added: ‘I can’t wait to perform in Central Park on August 22.’

The gig is part of TV breakfast show Good Morning America’s summer concert series.
Taylor’s album is set for release the following day, on 23 August.
It features songs like The Archer, ME!, and You Need to Calm Down.
Lover is Taylor’s seventh studio album.
