Shark Tank is heading to Malta for the first time ever!
The host for this show will be the brilliant Keith Demicoli who used to present the local news on TVM up until last year. Shark Tank Malta is produced by Greatt Company Limited, with Malta Enterprise as its main partner.
The duo behind the production, Anton Attard and Mark Grech strongly believe in the show’s importance on Maltese TV. “We believe that this programme will bring the necessary awareness and the ideal opportunities for many young founders that need that extra set of skills and capital injection that only the ‘sharks’ can bring to the table,” they said.
Malta Enterprise CEO Kurt Farrugia continued on the same note. “Shark Tank is one of our initiatives meant at creating more visibility to Malta as a start-up destination but also to provide more financing avenues to local founders,” he said. “The business-themed show is a culturally defining series and inspires a nation to dream bigger,” the team behind the Maltese edition says.
