If you needed another reason to love this couple even more, then here it is.
Actors Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have pledged to match all donations up to $1 million for refugees fleeing the crisis in Ukraine, according to a statement posted on social media by the couple.
“In 48 hours, countless Ukrainians were forced to flee their homes to neighboring countries. They need protection. When you donate, we’ll match it up to $1,000,000, creating double the support,” Reynolds wrote Saturday on Twitter in promoting donations to the United Nations refugee agency.

After Russia invaded neighbouring Ukraine on Thursday, Ukrainians crammed onto trains and waited in enormous lines for hours to exit the country. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, some 368,000 refugees have been able to flee.
Ylva Johansson, the EU Commissioner for Home Affairs, stated on Sunday that the European Union must prepare for millions of refugees to arrive.
“It’s very difficult to guess how many, but I think we should be prepared for millions,” Johansson said.
According to the UN, more than 2 million people have fled Ukraine due to “years of violence” even before Russian soldiers entered last week, and nearly 3 million people will require humanitarian help this year.
