Revealed: The world’s highest-paid celebrities of 2019

Taylor Swift has been named as the world’s highest-paid celebrity for 2019.

The Shake It Off singer, 29, raked in a whopping €165 million over the past year alone.

She topped the Forbes Celebrity 100 annual list, beating the likes of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Taylor made the number one spot – which she also held in 2016 – thanks to her music, touring and endorsement deals.

The bulk of her earnings came from her Reputation stadium tour.

Taylor’s new album Lover, her first release with her new record label Republic Records, comes out in August.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and make-up mogul Kylie Jenner was hot on her heels with €151 million.

Ed Sheeran, who is placed fifth in the list, is the highest-ranking Brit on the list with estimated pre-tax earnings of €98 million.

New entries in this year’s countdown include South Korean group BTS at number 43, Ariana Grande at 62 and actor Paul Rudd, who is ranked joint 83rd.

Forbes ranked the world’s top paid celebrities according to what they made over the last 12 months.

Several sports stars also made the list, including Lionel Messi on €112 million and Cristiano Ronaldo with €97 million.
