A man went viral for posting screenshots of a conversation he had with a rude customer support employee and getting his personal information published by them.
When 45 minutes passed and he still hadn’t gotten his order, Joe phoned customer service to check if there was a problem. The text may have been viewed as impolite because when the worker replied to Joe, she informed him that the order was late due to rush hour but that if he wanted, they could send a helicopter to deliver the meal.
