The Queen’s granddaughter Princess Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank have officially welcomed their first baby boy!
Last Tuesday morning, Princess Eugenie gave birth to her baby boy and confirmed the news with a sweet picture of his tiny hand and two blue hearts. Buckingham Palace also confirmed that she ‘was safely delivered of a son today, 9th February 2021, at 0855hrs at The Portland Hospital’.
The new arrival comes after the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of York announced her pregnancy last September. Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank also tied the know two years prior in 2018 at Windsor Castle.
The pair first met back in 2010 in Switzerland, when Eugenie was 20 and Brooksbank was 24, working as a barman. The two then made their first public appearance at the Royal Ascot in 2011.
The couple then maintained a long-distance relationship in 2013 when Eugenie had to work at an online auction house in New York City, but two years later, she moved back across the pond and she and Jack started building a life together.
In 2018, Brooksbank popped the question whilst on holiday in Nicaragua with a pink sapphire engagement ring!
Congrats to the happy couple!
