Only Three COVID-19 Patients Are Being Treated at Mater Dei Hospital

Data issued by the Health Ministry and which was published by The Times in Malta shows that less than 1 in 10 COVID-19 patients are hospitalised, with none of them being in intensive care. In fact, the Times of Malta is reporting that three are at Mater Dei Hospital, 9 are at Boffa Hospital and 4 are at St Thomas Hospital. Most of these people are being hosted at the hospitals since they share their living quarters with vulnerable people, or because they cannot adhere to social distancing measures.
