Following the resignations from parliament of Former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat and MP Etienne Grech, Miriam Dalli and Clyde Caruana will be co-opted to the Maltese House of Representatives.
This comes after their nomination was unanimously approved by the Government Parliamentary Group and the Executive Committee of the Labour Party.
Miriam Dalli is currently an MEP and the Vice President of the Socialists and Democrats while Clyde Caruana is the Head of Secretariat within The Office of the Prime Minister.
During her time as MEP Miriam Dalli worked in the fields of the environment, energy, job creation, immigration and the green and blue economy, amongst others.
