Happy to have signed with @official_sslazio this season ! Special thanks to @flowsportsnl @fabiopiluso17 for making this happen. 🇮🇹 Thanks to @psvvrouwen for the two years we had together ! Goodluck this year 💪🏻 Thanks @vivendoprojects and @technogym for keeping my fit and active during the longest transition time ever.
Rachel began playing football at the age of five with San Gwann Football Nursery. She trained up to the age of 13 with the boys’ team being the only girl within such age group.
She later signed with Birkirkara, and within a few months of joining B’kara Football Club, Rachel was playing with the Birkirkara first team at the age of 13.
During the summer of 2014, she signed for Cypriot side Apollon Limassol.
She was selected for the Malta women’s national football team and made her debut against Switzerland at the age of 14, which at the time was a record.
She thanked PSV Vrouwen on an Instagram post for two years she’s spent on their team and wished them luck for the upcoming season.
Well done Rachel! We wish you the best of luck.
