Maltese company donates scooter to victim that had his electric wheelchair stolen

After taking to his socials to share his horrible experience, a nationwide search kicked off in search of whoever it was that stole Damian’s electric wheelchair.

And while the theft still remains unsolved, one Maltese company stepped up and took matters into their own hands, when they provided Damian with an electric wheel chair to replace the one that was stolen from him.

#OKMedical was sad to hear the unfortunate news of the theft of Damian Ebejer scooter.

We could not stand by and do nothing, so today we decided to deliver another one to Damian free of charge so that he can continue his day to day life as before!’

Ok Medical’s act of kindness got nothing but praise from Facebook users reading the post.

What a nice gesture. I was appalled to hear that someone stole a kid’s mobility and thought what has this country come to. With this gesture OK brings back faith in humanity. No we are not all rotten. Prosit OK

Amazing act! That is First Aid. Helping to save without expecting anything. It’s time for those who stole it to ask for help now. I am sorry for them. May they be caught and sent to their required treatment. That is what humanity is about.

Our faith in humanity has officially been restored.

Well done to OK Medical for this amazing gesture.
