Malta’s Active COVID-19 Cases Now Stand At 549

 

After 2,036 swab tests which were carried out in the past 24 hours, 48 new COVID-19 cases were registered while 53 people recovered. This brings Malta’s Active COVID-19 cases down to 549, as the downward trend of the past week seems to be continuing.

 

 

Meanwhile, no deaths were registered overnight, maintaining Malta’s COVID-19 death toll at 401.

 

As to what regards the COVID-19 National Vaccination Programme, till yesterday, 232, 335 doses were administered, of which, 62,205 were 2nd doses.
