Malta’s Active Cases Now Stand Below The 200 Mark

 

After 2,170 swab tests which were carried out in the past 24 hours, 5 new COVID-19 cases were registered while 17 people recovered. This brings Malta’s Active COVID-19 cases down to 192, as the downward trend of the past week seems to be continuing.

 

 

Meanwhile, no deaths were recorded overnight once again, maintaining Malta’s COVID-19 death toll at 417.

 

As to what regards the COVID-19 National Vaccination Programme, till yesterday, 392,929 doses were administered, of which, 127,255 were 2nd doses.
