Malta rises in Eurovision odds hours after Destiny wins X Factor

Less than 24 hours since Destiny was crowned winner of the second season of the X Factor Malta, Malta has already made it to the Top 10 of this year’s Eurovision odds.

As it stands, Malta is currently in the 6th position, and that’s just based on Destiny’s performances on the X Factor.

Malta currently follows yearly favourites like Italy, Sweden, Russia and Italy.

It’s already quite big that we’ve made it with the yearly big guns.

From the first time she sang ‘Giving Myself’ in the room auditions, to her last performances – ‘Fejn Stahbejtli’ and ‘He Lives in You’, Destiny has given us a 110% every.single.time.

We’re expecting nothing less from Malta’s Queen of Soul during her Eurovision performance. The question on everyone’s lips right now? Which song will Destiny be representing Malta with this year?

With a voice like hers, we’re hoping it’s a soulful banger, one you can sing along to (even though you’ll probably reach the high notes as Destiny ever can) and dance along to, but shows her vocal range at the same time.
