Malta number one in EU for employment of recent graduates

According to the 2019 Education and Training monitor, a whopping 94.8% of Maltese University students who have recently graduated, found employment.

This figure puts Malta at the top in the EU with Germany and The Netherlands just behind at 92.1% and 92% respectively.

At the other end, the countries with the lowest rate of recently employed graduates are Greece and Italy with just over half of graduates from these countries finding employment (55.3% and 56.5%).

The University of Malta is celebrating its 250th year this year and this will surely come as good news to all current Maltese University students.
