The Eurovision Song Contest takes place next week in Israel – but Malta has already won the online competition.
The music video for Malta’s entry ‘Chameleon’ by Michela Pace has officially become the most watched Eurovision video of 2019.
Malta stormed the chart on Eurovision’s official YouTube channel with more than 7.1 million views.
The Netherlands is in second place, with Duncan Laurence’s music video for ‘Arcade’ racking up 6.8 million views.
Michela will represent Malta at the song contest in Tel Aviv next week.

WHEN IS EUROVISION 2019?
The Eurovision week will have three shows: semi-final one on Tuesday, semi-final two on Thursday, and the final on Saturday.
Semi-final 1: Tuesday 14 May
Semi-final 2: Thursday 16 May
Grand Final: Saturday 18 May
All the shows will start at 9pm.
The slogan for Eurovision 2019 is Dare to Dream, and the total budget for the contest is estimated to be around €28 million.
