Malta Is Now Accepting More COVID-19 Vaccine Certificates


On Monday, the health and tourism authorities announced that the COVID-19 vaccine certificates of Kosovo, Palestine, Bermuda, and Bahrain are now recognised locally.



In a statement, the Health Ministry revealed that Maltese authorities are also accepting the vaccine certificates issued by Israel after the European Programme for Vaccine Digital Certificates was concluded.

These certificates – which will be recognised with vaccines approved by the European Medicines Authorities – will consist of a full dose and 14 days from the last jab.



Elsewhere, Malta is also recognising the EU vaccine certificate and those of Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, Qatar, Albania, Australia, Egypt, Lebanon, Canada, Singapore, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Malasia, Rwanda and also the U.S. record card.
