Thank you to Red Cross Malta 👏

Two lifeguards from the Malta Red Cross were working diligently to save a group of people in the sea.

A video captured by the Malta Red Cross shows two workers diving into the sea to assist four children who found themselves in difficulty at Għajn Tuffieħa bay. The Malta Red Cross urged the public to follow the lifeguards’ instructions.

Today, the Malta Meteorological Office issued a strong wind warning from the Northwest. Earlier, the Malta Red Cross raised the double red flag, indicating danger and prohibiting swimming. In circumstances like these, lifeguards are not obligated to rescue people. However, the two lifeguards still intervened and helped prevent any tragedy.
