The Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) hosted its much-anticipated Career Expo at its Luqa campus, giving students the chance to network with leading employers in the tourism and hospitality industry.

A staple event in previous years, the expo helps students gain real-world experience, explore career paths, and even secure internships. This year, ITS alumni joined a panel discussion, sharing insights and career journeys with secondary school students to showcase the diverse opportunities an ITS education can offer.

ITS CEO Pierre Fenech highlighted the expo’s role in bridging students with industry leaders, encouraging early participation to maximize career prospects. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Ian Borg, praised the event, emphasizing the importance of investing in talent to sustain Malta’s thriving tourism industry.

By bringing students face-to-face with key industry players, the ITS Career Expo continues to be a launchpad for future tourism and hospitality professionals.
