It’s the concert Malta has been waiting for!
89.7 Bay has revealed that Eurovision hopeful Michela will perform live in concert later this month – in both Malta and Gozo.
The concerts – in Qawra and in Xlendi – have been billed by organisers as ‘two nights of jam-packed entertainment to make sure Michela has the right send-off before her Eurovision Song Contest adventure begins.’
Michela won’t be alone on stage.
She will be joined on stage by fellow X Factor Malta finalists Leuellen, Luke Chappell, Nicole Frendo, Norbert, Ben Purplle, Kelsey Bellante and Petra.
When are the concerts?
Malta – Saturday 27 April – Cafe Del Mar, Qawra
Gozo – Sunday 28 April – Grotta, Xlendi

Who is Michela?
Michela Pace is 18-years-old and lives in Gozo.
She studied at the Bishops Conservatory Girls School in Victoria.
She won the honour to sing for Malta after winning the national final, which was held back in January.
Her song ‘Chameleon’ has been tipped as one of the favourites to win this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.
Michela, who has three brothers, described her upbringing in Gozo as ‘very musical’.
She told 89.7 Bay: ‘My mum is in a choir, my dad plays the French horn, and my mum’s cousins are conductors.
‘My life in Gozo was very quiet. I would just wake up, go to school, study, and sleep. I’m still trying to adjust to a different way of life and getting my head around what is happening.
‘I’m so excited about where this journey will take me. Whatever happens Gozo will always be my home. I am very proud of my heritage.’
