You heard that right! Monique Coleman and Corbin Bleu are set to star in Lifetime TV’s new Christmas movie, premiering later this winter.
Titled A Christmas Dance Reunion (ironic, isn’t it?), the film reunites the two former High School Musical actors who last worked together in 2008 for High School Musical 3: Senior Year.
The upcoming movie will follow the story of attorney Lucy Mortimer, portrayed by Coleman, who returns to the Winterleigh Resort with her mother Virginia, played by Kim Roberts, ‘to help celebrate the hotel’s final Christmas season before the resort closes its doors permanently’.
Upon arriving at the resort, Lucy reunites with the owner’s nephew and her childhood Christmas Dance partner, Barrett Brewster, as played by Bleu.
In charge of recreating the popular Christmas Dance, ‘Lucy must decide if she’s willing to take a risk on love and partner up once more with Barrett for what could be the last Christmas Dance.’
