Here’s Everything We Know About ‘The Kissing Booth 3’

The Kissing Booth movie series has been a true Netflix hit for all the rom-com lovers out there, and with the upcoming third (and likely final) instalment, here’s everything you need to know about The Kissing Booth 3!

If you’re unfamiliar with the series, the first two movies starred Joey King, Joel Courtney, Jacob Elordi and more. I won’t reveal too much as to the plots of the first two movies, but I will say that the sequel ended on a MAJOR cliff-hanger – but from here on out, I’ll warn that there may be spoilers ahead!

First off, the official release date for the upcoming third instalment has not been released yet, but star Joey did reveal that it will be released sometime this summer! As for a preview, no official trailer has been released yet either…

In a statement Joey also shared, ‘The Kissing Booth 3 is … I mean, listen, we meet Elle with quite the dilemma at the end of The Kissing Booth 2. With The Kissing Booth 3, we pick back up with that dilemma, and it presents some pretty serious challenges throughout the third movie’.

She continues, ‘All the while, though, even though Elle is going through some very tough decisions, we are going to have even more fun with these characters than we did in the second one.’

As for the cast, it was confirmed during a virtual Q&A that yes, all of the stars will be returning for the third movie.

Meanwhile, the third movie is expected to pick up where it left off… Elle promised to join Noah at Harvard, but she also gets accepted to UC Berkley, the school Lee wanted her to attend. However, she tells everyone she was waitlisted at both. Basically, the third movie is supposed to reveal which university she chooses to go to!

Vince Marcello, the director of the movie also added, ‘The third film is the culmination of this coming of age story — not just for Elle, but for Noah and Lee, as well.’
