Heading to Sixth Form Next Year? Then this is for you!

On Friday 6 March, from 17:30 until 21:00, the University Junior College will be once again opening its doors to prospective students and their parents, and the general public. If you are finishing off the last year of Secondary School and heading to a Sixth Form next year, then you should really visit.

Below are Five Reasons Why you should visit.

  1. You’ll be able to meet the Principal, Subject Coordinators and lecturers in person

This will be an opportunity where you can meet the people behind it all, talk to them in person and get to know more about the available study programmes and see what facilities and services are offered at the College.

  1. You will get a taste of College life

You know the saying: all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! Junior College offers a holistic learning experience that includes a number of enrichment programmes (co-curricular activities). We heard that there’s something for everyone!

  1. Explore before you apply

So you know you want to continue studying but you are still unsure of what subjects you’d like to take. The Subject Coordinators and advisors at JC will be most willing to give you a couple of tips, ensuring you that Junior College is your next step.

  1. Groups are welcome

If you are hesitant to pay a visit by yourself, you are welcome to attend with friends and family.

  1. You may meet your future best friends

The Junior College may just be the place where you meet your best friend for life!
