Jeremie Camilleri is the man identified as the driver responsible for last night’s crash in Gzira and the death of a 30-year-old Turkish woman.

 

The horrific car accident happened early Wednesday morning at around 1am when Camilleri crashed into a petrol station and a KFC restaurant in Gzira.

 

 

In the process, he also ran over and killed a pedestrian, who he also threw stones at after the crash.

 

Camilleri is a Franco-Maltese national who is also on probation and out on bail after committing a number of robberies.
