Amidst controversy, the founder of the infamous Fyre Festival Billy McFarland announced that tickets for the second edition of the festival are now on sale.

The disastrous 2017 event left attendees stranded and disappointed and led to not one but two documentaries which showed the extreme conditions that festival goers experienced.

The entrepreneur was previously convicted for fraud in relation to the first festival and served almost four years in prison.

“It has been the absolute wildest journey to get here,” Billy shared in his announcement. “It all started in the seven-month stint in solitary confinement. I wrote out this 50-page plan.”

McFarland claims that he learned from his past mistakes and promises that he will ensure that people attending the second edition of the festival will have a flawless experience.

Fyre Festival II will be back in the Caribbean and should be taking place around the end of next year.
